肉一定要是瘦肉，猪肉鸡肉牛肉都行。 先用高压锅放足够的水，加了大概两大匙五香粉，两小勺盐，两大匙生抽，五六粒冰糖, 把肉煮烂。 我用的是 Instant Pot 7-in-1 Programmable Pressure Cooker. 题外话, 这个电高压锅也非常好使，压肉，煮粥，包肉汤, 省时煮出来的还烂，不锈钢内胆也是我买它的主要因素之一，利用率很高的说。
肉煮熟放的稍凉以后放入保鲜袋，用rolling pin或者瓶子锤子之类的，稍微压散。用面包机的Jam功能，这个功能会一直加热拌炒，水分就挥发了, 最后就是肉松了。 不用把肉撕得特别碎。然后把肉放入面包机，加调料，我加了油，辣椒面，根据自己的口味，还可以加咖喱粉，孜然粉什么的。做的过程中可以随时尝，随时加料。 因为炖肉的时候加了大半锅水，所以这个时候虽然有调料，可是肉没那么够味， 主要就是卤肉，如果有卤肉包其实也行。 放到面包机里的时候，没有水了，就是最后的咸淡味。如果肉松要配粥或者继续用来做面包，就多放点盐。 其他辣椒面什么的放水里，就没了，所以就是随意了，也可撒上一把五香粉， 根据个人口味不一样自己控制了。
另外也可以用面包机炒红豆沙， 用高压锅把红豆加水炖烂，然后把水过滤掉放到面包机里，加黄油和糖。我都是直接倒，先放一些，过一阵尝尝，不够甜再加。 如果要软绵的馅，红豆就要煮烂后放面包机里同样用Jam功能炒。可以观察，有时候不用一个半小时就炒干了。如果要作硬一点的密豆，红豆就不用煮那么烂。
